No I don't, sometimes i do smaller portions because i feel so. It all depends how full you are and how you feel at the moment.
Actually not.I do not have a big healthy breakfast everyday because sometimes it feels like to eat something what your heart wants. And personally I think that a person should sometimes eat what his or her heart wants. That's it as an answer I think
Definitely not, sometimes preparing and eating a big healthy breakfast is just unrealistic. Some days I have time to cook and eat a big breakfast. But other days I am running behind and grab a piece of fruit, or a granola bar, or a yogurt. As long as you eat in the morning, even if it is something small you are creating a good/healthy habit for yourself.
