What can be made the evening before, as a grab & go snack?

A sandwich or maybe just some fruits. Anything thats you think is nutritious and small, like a sandwich. Just make sure its not anything like chips or stuff like that.

Overnight oatmeal (I use chocolate almond milk and frozen fruit with cocoa powder and brown sugar for extra chocolate flavor), sliced fruit with cheese and crackers or nuts, peeled hard boiled egg
