Every morning I have my ritual: I start the day with a big cup of warm tea with milk. Drinking warm water when you wake up is essential to hydrate your body. I eat two slices of “fette biscottate” with jam, usually red jams. They give me the crunchy and the sweetness I need to start my day. Finally, a small cup of Italian espresso: the dark and the bitter of the coffee, give me the right push to start the day!
