I would normally skip breakfast during the mornings and I realized that it is unhealthy to practice and whenever I do it I can't concentrate properly especially with the fact I have long morning lectures which last for 2 hours. I barely even have time to eat during the days as well because I'm either writing or studying for a test and later on during the evenings I have another 2-hour lecture. I just to set a goal which I know I can with help.
