They say that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And yes that’s right, we need fuel to start our day. I think you can focus more and think faster if you eat lot in the morning that’s why I eat breakfast everyday.

I am providing nourishment to my body. I consider carefully everything that goes into breakfast. I am completely in control of this meal. Other meals vary but this is a constant. I know I’m getting off to a great start. Often I get the ingredients together the night before and I feel that these actions in the evening are helping me to be my best self.

I don’t want to. I don’t think early mornin meal is needed. For me breakfast is the first meal of the day whenever that is. But I like breakfast food- it’s cute.

To establish healthy eating habits and take care of my body. To be energised for the day ahead. To practice mindfulness by putting love into the food I make and making the process of cooking breakfast something which I enjoy as a peaceful interlude rather than as a demanding inconvenience.
