If I have less time I tend too drink my breakfast with a smoothie where I use wheat. Do you have any other ideas for liquid breakfasts?

Prepare some overnight oats for 3 days. I personally use oats, milk, 100% peanut butter, cinnamon, blueberries and raspberries, but change it as you need. Then if you still don’t have the time to eat it. Just throw that into a smoothie machine and away you go.

I also really like drinking smoothies in the morning and usually opt for a mango flavored one. Some other ideas are protein shakes and liquid yogurt drinks. Hope this helps.
