That sounds delicious! I have been making healthy waffles by making a batter out of a banana and an egg! Taste delicious!

I like to make a smoothie for breakfast. A handful of baby spinach, some blueberries, half a banana, plant-based protein powder, chia seeds, oats, almond milk and ice! Yum!

I usually have a cup of cold coffee, and then 1 egg. I put it in boiling water for 1 minute and half, then I open it on top and eat it with a spoon.

A person told me ones that I if I was in a hurry, I could make a shake with nuts, fruits and coco. Now I prefer to enjoy the time before getting to work, which means, having a breakfast with veggies, bread, egg, cheese and/or salami.

Beside my morning cup of tea routine. On a skillet I sauté red onions, red peppers, and orange peppers. Before browning them, I add spinach in. I beat two small white eggs in a cup. Then began to season the eggs with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. While the eggs cook with the veggies, I toast multigrain bread and cook some turkey. I add everything together and made a breakfast egg sandwich, which was accompanied with a few red grapes and a bottle of water.

Any breakfast is a good breakfast. Some people don't even have the chance to eat breakfast. So if you do get the chance, take in what you can.

I don't usually have much time in the morning before going to work. I will have something ready made or easily available Eg. Muesli with milk. Or I will eat bread with peanut butter spread and 2 eggs.

I think everyone loves eggs with bacon or with other or having oatmeal
In fact it depends on what makes you powerful and gives you a good day not having too much calories, it's just gives you energy to start the day

Anything healthy would be a great breakfast. I love having two scrambled eggs with diced onions, diced tomato, spinach, and chopped bell pepper. I season it with salt and pepper and eat it with two slices of whole-grain bread. When I'm feeling extra, I smash avocado season with black pepper, salt, and lemon/ lime juice. I toast one or two slices of bread, spread the avocado, and top it off with my scrambled eggs. On lazy days, I go for oatmeal or protein shake.
