Any suggestions for quick and easy breakfasts?

Some suggestions. Steel oats, honey with a side fruit. Juice with nut butter on a piece of wheat on rye bread lightly toasted. Pesto spread with tomatoes on top. Lastly when in a rush I'll just grab a filling protein yogurt with mixed fruit, a banana and drink on the go. It's usually cheap, filling and less time consuming. If all else fails grab from the health food section or health food store a low fat but healthy cereal and oatmilk, cows/goatsmilk or whatever you use.

Well for me its directly lunch no breakfast or anything which is not healthy but for quick breakfast an apple a day keeps a doctor away 🤞
