I’m vegan, and I’d like to add some alternatives to my breakfast, ideally very easy and fast to prepare. Any ideas?

I used to be vegan and breakfast was also something i struggled with. Until i found soy based yoghurt. It has protein to keep you full and is easy to grab and prepare, just ad things you like like fruits, nuts and müsli. Overnight oats have a bit more preperation but is very easy to just grab in the morning. A good smoothie is also nice, just make it beforehand and put it in the freezer and you have breakfast for days:)
