When you’re running late, what’s a good breakfast to eat on the go that will fill you up?

Peanut butter and banana sandwich with an oatmilk latte. (I always drink my coffee black so I find a latte extra filling!)

I always have curd and banana in my fridge so when I run late, I cut the banana and put in the curd.
As my lunch break is in 12 I get hungry fast so I put 2 banana in the curd and have it quickly.
(I also put some other fruits if the time allows.)

Bananas or granola/protein bars are typically my go to in situations where I'm running late. Sometimes I'll grab a handful of nuts too.
