Make yourself your own energy bars from 600 g of nuts, grains and seeds of your choice, 2 eggs, 3 spoons of flour and 400 ml of honey. In the oven 180 c° for 20 minutes and cut them in small bars.

Protein shake! Have a shaker bottle then add protein powder, plus milk (or even water) and mix. It’s a quick breakfast that you can drink straight out of the bottle for on the go!

If you wake up bit late for work or school, I definitely recommend making overnight oats. They are filling, easy and really good too! Grab the overnight oats you made last night from the fridge and you can eat it in your way to work or school!

fruit and nuts are usually great cause you can grab them and go, but if you know ahead of time that you tend to run late or don't have much time in the mornings you can prep a sandwich and put it in Tupperware the night before

A banana is my go-to breakfast when I am running late. I used to dislike bananas in the morning, but now they are part of my morning routine. After I’ve gotten ready and had my water, I ALWAYS get a banana and either eat it there and then, or save it for later.

I think a sandwich and tea. You can either buy it or make it. Making it takes less than two minutes to put together once you have bread slices and any other ingredients you will like to use and well, tea just needs hot water and a teabag

I usually grab a washed apple or cherry tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes keeps me running most of the day. I prefer vegetables for breakfast rather than sweets. Once I’ve eaten something sweet for breakfast the rest of my day I crave sweets. Which is terrible.
