how do you vary a healthy breakfast? Is cereal healthy enough?

A healthy breakfast for me is packed with nutrients and proteins to keep me energised throughout the day but still not heavy or take much time to and energy to digest A good example is oatmeal with eggs (moalty fried since i need the extra fats) Coming to Cereal some brands have the nutrients needed to start your day, but a sugary milky thing isn’t the best start in my eyes, specially that even if it has nutrients needed it won’t digest or provide needed energy as distributed as a healthy meal. So in conclusion a healthy brand of cereal isn’t the worst option for breakfast but indeed it is a bad choice in my perspective

Not sure about cereal but I think there is some healthy options like whole grain, I vary my fruits and protein from boiled egg to tuna
