What is your preparation like the day before?

First things first, I focus on my mindset and thought cause they can be my best friend or my worst enemy, so I try to keep my thoughts and mindset positive whether by listening to something positive or reminding myself that I am a part of this universe and I am capable of doing great things that will lead me to higher levels in life. Then I wore my to do list and set my priorities while I keep reminding myself how amazing I will feel when I finish the things I need to do which helps me to stay consistent and do my best through out the day.

The day before, I will set a drink of water beside my bed, and set out some clothes. I then set out whatever I need for the next day, like a backpack or bag. This prepares me for the next morning and what it has to bring. I of course do all the hygiene stuff like have a shower and brush my teeth too.
