Cut up a cucumber (or 2 small ones) and a tomato the night before and keep them in the fridge. The next morning just quickly fry a couple of eggs (make it an omelette and add salt and curry!!) (this shouldn’t take much time) then just get your plate of cucumbers and tomatoes, add olive oil and salt to it. Get a piece of brown bread and eat it with the omelette and a spoon for the “salad”.
