What’s the best work out to do for a busy life style

I find that my life is alwats extremely busy. From normal life, to school, and other various activities and clubs I'm a part of sometimes it's hard to workout. Sometimes I might be too tired and too busy, but in the end I know I need to get a workout in. I'm very fortunate to be a student athlete so most of the time I already have a workout scheduled within practice, but during deadweeks whethey are scheduled it's hard to find motivation. However, I found that doing things I enjoy that physically stimulate my body makes me more prone to actually doing the workout. I also try to plan my workout around my day and find a time that works best for me. That's usually in the morning so I can feel energized and refreshed for the day.
