The best way to motivate oneself to exercise when one can't seem to get up and do is to remember that day which forced oneself t start feeling motivated in order to overcome from the adverse situations which that particular was facing and tackling but was not able to tackle.

If you're currently lying down on your bed, maybe you can start with pushing yourself to a sitting position. That may set the momentum for you! 😀 If exercising is overwhelming for you then maybe you can start with couch exercises.
