The best way is to do exercise daily and consistently. Since my "fabulous" routine has started I've started to do exercise daily!! And I'm really grateful for that. Another tip includes cutting out on fats, sugarous food and not eating excessively. And yes have a ray of hope and motivation always that results await me!
