What’s the best time for exercise in the morning? Before or after a breakfast?

Definitely before breakfast as you are not full so you can do exercise without being lazy. And You should never do exercise after breakfast! You should wait at least an hour.

umm okay, I'm sure it's before because If you exercise after meal, you might feel uncomfortable I guess. So I always prefer not to do it after breakfast and if i forgot to exercise and ate something, I'd like to wait about half-hour and do it

I would say before breakfast because you will burn calories while you eat. Give yourself like 20 minutes (cooldown time) and then eat. You should also drink some water and maybe eat a cracker during cooldown. It helps to settle your stomach. I do yoga as my morning exercise.

Exercising before breakfast it gives us a sense of achievement, earning your food per se. Also, makes your body warm up and queue hunger. Instead, of waking up on auto pilot .

For me I think having a small snack like a protein bar or a sip of a smoothie can give you energy to exercise and wake you up, but not a big breakfast before the workout that will leave you with a full stomach and then it might hurt you if you exercised right after you finish the breakfast

When you go to exercise in the morning I personally think it it better to do physical activities before breakfast. You will be more motivated to eat healthier. And it just makes you feel good in the morning! ( don’t forget drink water before you go to do physical activities)

If you want to lose weight, I recommend doing cardio exercises on empty stomach, because you'll lose fat faster, and it's better because you won't procrastinate, and you'll complete the hard thing (exercising) first, I recommend reading (Eat that frog) book. Lastly, I have an idea for you, you can exercise while the breakfast being cooked, so you take advantage of your time, good luck in your Fablous journey and I encourage you to continue do the small things that will change your life ❤️

probably after breakfast because i’m not hungry. the only issue is that i would be full so my stomach would hurt either way.

I'm doing it actually after breakfast if they are heavy exercises but see if they are light exercises do some of them before breakfast like walking or dancing maybe 😊🙏

Personally for me when I exercise I do it in the middle of the day so not after t before breakfast but maybe an hour and a half after lunch so that my food is fully digested.

i think before breakfast (as long as one doesn't do stregth training. after exercise one tends to crave more healthy foods but for strength training one needs enough energy

It depends on how much energy you have and how long it will be before you exercise, but even then, everyone is different. If you are exercising first thing, for less than an hour, breakfast can wait until after. If you have an hour or more until your workout, then a small breakfast might be a good idea. If your workout is strenuous and longer than an hour, a snack 30 mins before may help your energy levels… But ultimately, see what works for you!
