1. Sandwich: brown bread + guacamole layer + hummus. Added lettuce if needed. 2. Masala oats with black eyed beans. 3. Batter made from Green Gram Beans (soaked) + rolled oats 1 cup and beetroot slices : Either dosa(pancakes) or idli (steamed) can be made with this batter. Coconut or peanut chutney will a good to have with this.
