What’s the best breakfast for energy that is also healthy?

Something that combines complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Like, greek yogurt with granola and berries, and eggs with whole grain toast and avocado.

1. Sandwich: brown bread + guacamole layer + hummus. Added lettuce if needed.
2. Masala oats with black eyed beans.
3. Batter made from Green Gram Beans (soaked) + rolled oats 1 cup and beetroot slices : Either dosa(pancakes) or idli (steamed) can be made with this batter. Coconut or peanut chutney will a good to have with this.
