Hi! I rotate three or four. To optimise my health, training and mental health i have to start my day with warm food. So my favourite go to’s that are quick and aesthetically pleasing are:
Shakshuka!!!! SOOO GOOD! Learn a way to make it that suits you.
English breakfast. Same here, i had to optimise the quickest and ”best” way to do it. I don’t have any meet in mine.
Fried zucchini and eggs. I simply fry zucchini in a pan, top off with 2/3 eggs and then feta cheese and fresh hearbs.
All of these three are quite aesthetically pleasing and most importently super nuroushing and yummy! Bisous 🥰
