Eggs with tomatoes.
First, chop the onion and put it in the oil in the frying pan until it turns a light brown color, keeping it whole. Then, chop two tomatoes and one green bell pepper. After the onion takes on the brown color, add the chopped tomatoes and pepper. Next, add spices: salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and coriander. After that, pour in water (about a quarter cup), then add tomato paste and stir. Let it simmer until the tomatoes soften a bit (on low heat). Then, add two eggs and stir them with the tomatoes. Top with liquid cheese, then cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Enjoy! It is served with bread.
