One of my favorites, is blueberries, an orange, some dark chocolate with sea salt, but not a lot, and some Greek yogurt. Drink a cup of water and a cup of tea, maybe dandelion or L-theanine tea. All of those are a perfect mix. The blueberries helps regenerate cells, as does the l-theanine tea. A good brand of l-theanine tea is called whispering wildflowers. It’s also regenerative. The dandelion tea is good for your liver and stomach. The orange is good for immunity, the water will hydrate you and fill you, the yogurt is good for gut bacteria and will help your body digest the rest. The chocolate will raise feel good chemicals in your brain and give you a pep in your step early in the day. And it’s all good for you, and slimming.
