where I live it is quite common to eat a simple omelette, and add freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and other vegetables to the side and eat it with bread. it is extremely simple, and if you eat some fruit after, it becomes extremely nutritious as well

I usually eat either a yogurt parfait or a English muffin. I’m not a big meat eater right in the morning so I prefer these options. My parfait is just yogurt. Strawberries, granola, and honey! And the English muffin just has butter on it. I cycle through high carb and low carb days so it really depends on the day! You could also just have a granola bar !
