I don’t think there is a time limit. I think that checking in with your body and giving it what it needs when it feels right is healthy. Don’t deprive yourself from nutrition when you need it (maybe have something small like a kiwi or some nuts before leaving for work if you’re already hungry), but don’t eat at a particular point in the morning just because it seems like you have to. Don’t put arbitrary limits on your body that don’t serve you.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day was a slogan created by Kellog in 1917 to get people to eat cereal and it stuck and people repeat it to this day. Breakfast is just breaking your fast from the night before and it can be done whenever you like that works for you. I’ve read a lot and watched a lot of good information on intermittent fasting. On YouTube look for Dr Fung or Dr Mindy Pelz who wrote Fast Like a Girl. They are great resources. I’ve started following a fasting schedule based on my cycle and it is amazing. I highly recommend.
