Before noon I avoid fats -this helps the liver get set for the day- so it would just be fruit (bananas, apple, raspberries and blueberries with honey and water) after noon and if I just worked out I would add vegan protein powder, almond milk (instead of water) , hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds.

1 banana, a handful of strawberries and frozen mango slices (I use frozen ones because it’s faster in the morning), 1/2 – 1 cup of greek vanilla yogurt, and a splash of milk.

Fill blender with Kale, spinach, cucumber and about 1 cup of water, blend. Add in about 3 different “in season” fruits, stay away from melons. My favorites are strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, pineapple, bananas, pear, green apple, plums. Blend, enjoy! 🙌🏻
