Before noon I avoid fats -this helps the liver get set for the day- so it would just be fruit (bananas, apple, raspberries and blueberries with honey and water) after noon and if I just worked out I would add vegan protein powder, almond milk (instead of water) , hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds.

Usually a banana with berries and milk :))
1 banana, a handful of strawberries and frozen mango slices (I use frozen ones because it’s faster in the morning), 1/2 – 1 cup of greek vanilla yogurt, and a splash of milk.
My go to smoothie is a strawberry banana with yogurts and vanilla protine powder with just water or almond milk
Add one banana and 10 strawberries and 10 blackberries and some honey and mix everything and you are good to go
