Ok, this is an interesting question. I am assuming that you don’t have the option of changing breakfast, that’s why the question. If you eat mindfully, appreciating everything that went into bringing the bowl of food to your table, you will feel happy that you are getting to eat today. The food is a nourishment to your body, detach urself from the taste of the food and feel the miracle and nourishment of the food :). May you be happy and at peace!

It helps me to make the same breakfast everyday that I know is delicious and healthy. In this way I can continue the day with knowing I’m nourished but aslo I have control over my day and emotions. Routine can be reptative but listen to your body and educate yourself and you will find pleasure in the daily nourishment!
