Anyone else find if they eat too early (5, when I get up), that they are hungry again mid-morning?

Yes, and it’s normal to have a snack at that hour, if you don’t want to eat till much later.

Yes 😀 I then have a double breakfast. But I didn’t see any negative consequences to it. Eating something early keeps me going for a while and with
a break of at least 3h in between meals, if I eat again I’m fine until lunch time.

I have that same issue, I like to bring a healthy snack to work like an apple or banana.

Yes. But maybe you shouldn’t eat right away if you get a little while. Take some time to stretch drink water and then have something to eat.

Yes! I manage this by having two breakfasts, usually the first one is just a few bites, and the second one I eat a bit more. So basically I split one full breakfast into two 🙂

Yes, your body needs constant nutrition say every 2 hours something not necessarily big meals, small healthy mid meals are good, it’s just you have to plan ahead

Hi! I get up at 5.30 am and have breakfast around 10 am. Lunch around 2 pm, dinner around 6 pm. Go to bed at 9.30 pm. Never hungry 👍

No. It’s better for your metabolism to eat within an hour of getting up. If you’re hungry again mid-morning have a healthy snack.

I think that you should establish a good healthy breakfast and then when you are hungry mid day you should have a small snack like an apple.

Definitely. I make sure to have a healthy snack handy later in the morning and then I’ll have a slightly early lunch

I eat my breakfast at 8:15 am and leave for work at 8:45. When I do this I don’t get hungry before lunchtime at 11:30. If I eat earlier I need something to keep me going before lunch. That may be a banana, carrot or whatever I have that is not unhealthy.

It depends on how much you eat at the morning, 3 eggs with 4 types of vegetables and fruits with cottage cheese is enough until 12AM

I get up at 4:45 am almost every day and usually eat around 5:30 am. I eat something every two to three hours to ensure my body stays out of starvation mode. Recommend you research and eat and drink water when your body tells you!

I have breakfast at 7:10 usually and then I have lunch at 10:45 and then I am starving because the next time I eat is dinner which is usually 6:30

Definitely! My ritual is up at 5-ish, make breakfast for my hubby, yoga by 6:15, then eat before getting ready and heading to work. Waiting to eat break my fast for an hour or so helps it stay with me longer. When I start to feel hungry before lunch I drink water or hot herbal tea to stave it off.

Yes even if I eat around 830am I’m hungry around 11 I have been snacking every two hours to solve that

It’s quite natural, as your body requires fuel after a long night time sleep and you should have a hearty breakfast in the morning. Also it is better to have food in smaller quantities more frequently, than to have large meals just two or three times a day.

Yep! I started getting up at 5a and just drinkOmg coffee, going to workout at 6:30-8ish, and then drink a protein shake for breakfast afterwards. That way I’m not eating until 8 or 9am, and am not hungry until lunchtime. It works well for me, but took some experimenting! Try to eat/drink different things until you find what works for you! I also think it’s okay to eat early, and have a small mid-morning snack or fruit and nuts or something to hold you over until lunch!

Yes I do. I go ahead and eat again mid morning and it’s a mid morning snack and that is a-ok!
