I make something in proportion of my goals. In my case I need to gain muscle. So I serve balanced meals with more healthy carbs and proteins than veggies and fat. I use a rhino wase with an app that tells me my % in fat muscle and everything so I know not to overeat a certain group of food. I think balanced meals are more important. Learn about macros and micronutrients, get to know your body type and what it needs. You can search for meal preps and shop accordingly, also you can prepare everything a night before or a day a week if you don’t mind the freshness…!
