What’s a quick breakfast?

Felinta S.
Hello dear Fabulous friend! For me a quick breakfast is boiled eggs, veggies and cheese. Something that would fill you, but won't take much time to cook 🙂
Michael S.
I usually have a bread with butter and cheese. A boiled egg and a cup of tea with milk. After that I would have lunch at around 1PM.

A quick breakfast is when I sadly don’t have time to make myself my usually breakfast.
We have many options for the quick breakfast, but I like to go with a apple and a banana.

I like to make a shake or filling smoothie as a quick breakfast. It is delicious and does not take much time to make if you have access to good ingredients and a fast blender! 😊

Eggs, oatmeal. A breakfast that's high in protein or fibre that takes a short time to make and keeps you fuller for a longer time in the day.

I have 2 rice cakes with salami and cheese or Up & Go (kinda like a meal replacement) and a muslie bar. Its all Gluten free, not by choice though

A few quick breakfasts I like are pre-made breakfast sandwiches that are easy to warm up. Also a bowl of instant oatmeal with an chia and flax seeds and cut up apple. Or even a protein shake with banana, chia seeds, and berries added.

Well as the name implies , it has to be quick but nutritious as well. Breakfast should provide you balanced nutrients. If you are vegetarian then poha, oats, porridge with vegetables, some nuts such as walnuts(omega 3 fatty acids) with juice. If you are a non vegetarian then eggs with juice(I don't know many non veg recipes!)

Egg cups. Line a muffin tin with a slice of ham and break an egg into it. Add veggies if you like. Bake then you can grab and go

Just a piece of toast with peanut butter or if I have a little extra time, avocado toast with egg. It’s very easy and quick to make!

I work in the morning but I’m not exactly a morning person, so I end up having to take my breakfast with me. My go to is greek yogurt and a banana. Sometimes I add peanuts butter as well. This is a great mix of carbohydrates and protein to jump start the day!

Personally, when I just want something quick, I will get a bowl of Muesli and either a piece of fruit, or a yogurt with a glass of soy milk 🙂

Make a batch of egg muffins on your day off. Use lots of veggies, crumbled sausage and spices. Can store in fridge or freezer. Pull out, nuke and go!

Food can be use as medicine, but firs you need to decide what is that you want to accomplish or to have fix. If you have an specific condition or you just want to be fit there's a lot you can do, I'm very happy to see that this app already has nutritional recommendations that apply to almost everyone. Quit sugar and fructose, avoid artificially saturated fats and allow your body to regulate by fasting for as long as you can during the day and do your best to have yearly appointments with your family doctor and nutritionist.

Cereal. No cook time just pour two ingredients and eat. Bagels and a piece of fruit is also quick because you can take it on the go.
Miriam G.
A smoothie, a boiled egg and fruit(pre boiled), plain yogurt with fruit and cereal added. These are my quick go to breakfasts.
Florence N.
I have 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs (made in advance and waiting in the fridge), a piece of whole grain toast w/ a little olive oil drizzled on it, a piece of fruit and tea or coffee.
Heather Z.
Something that is usually easy or fast to make. Take for instance, scrambled eggs. Usually scrambled eggs takes about 5-10 minutes to make versus pancakes, which can take up to 30 minutes if not more. It just usually something you can grab and go or something that doesn't take long to cook.

Oatmeal and blueberries with some plant based milk, or a breakfast sandwich with whole grain bread and organic plant based ingredients.
Ruby J.
Natural protein suck as granola, fruit, or yogurt. Even all mixed together to make it not only more protien packed, but all the more tasty! I personally chose to use organic products, but if you'd like to use just your basic products, or name brands that's perfectly fine. Anything is a start as long as you in face start! Let's make a difference, let's be fabulous! 😎

Smoothies are a great quick breakfast. You can experiment with your favorite ingredients.
Also good, a little bit granola, berries and your favorite yogurt

I think that if you want a quick but healthy breakfast you should avoid cereals and maybe make yourself some overnight oatmeal in the fridge to grab and go (recipes online) or a fruit salad. If you have enough time, maybe even pop an English muffin in the toaster to put peanut butter on.
Gabriel S.
A blended mix of fruit and veggies. I’ve been drinking kale, pineapple, a banana, handful of blueberries, 3 strawberries, and about a cup of water blended all together every morning.
Fulg Ncio A.
A couple of eggs boiled the night or day before, and sprinkled with red pepper. Add a banana and a glass of milk and you’re good to go
Hugo S.
A quick breakfast would be something small you could make the night before, such as overnight oats. Put oats, mile, yogurt, and some fruit in a cup or mug that has a lid and leave in the fridge overnight. Take it and enjoy it on the go in the morning.

Well, when I really need a breakfast that fills me up, I just make oatmeal and chop up some kiwis, strawberries, bananas, butter, and add in walnuts. Then after I put everything together, I sprinkle some cinnamon on top. (Also, cook your oatmeal in Almond milk)

I boiled potato and carrot the night before and just reheated it in the morning, along with chicken salad and 2 slice of apples.

A quick breakfast for me is normally oatmeal and a cup of green tea, hot or iced. But sometimes it can also be a quick batch of 2 eggs and toast with a cup of green tea.
