Hello dear Fabulous friend! For me a quick breakfast is boiled eggs, veggies and cheese. Something that would fill you, but won’t take much time to cook :)

I usually have a bread with butter and cheese. A boiled egg and a cup of tea with milk. After that I would have lunch at around 1PM.

A quick breakfast is when I sadly don’t have time to make myself my usually breakfast. We have many options for the quick breakfast, but I like to go with a apple and a banana.

I like to make a shake or filling smoothie as a quick breakfast. It is delicious and does not take much time to make if you have access to good ingredients and a fast blender! 😊

Eggs, oatmeal. A breakfast that’s high in protein or fibre that takes a short time to make and keeps you fuller for a longer time in the day.

I have 2 rice cakes with salami and cheese or Up & Go (kinda like a meal replacement) and a muslie bar. Its all Gluten free, not by choice though

I usually do a piece of fruit and a couple hard boiled eggs as a quick breakfast. If im really rushed I will have a protien cookie.

A few quick breakfasts I like are pre-made breakfast sandwiches that are easy to warm up. Also a bowl of instant oatmeal with an chia and flax seeds and cut up apple. Or even a protein shake with banana, chia seeds, and berries added.

Well as the name implies , it has to be quick but nutritious as well. Breakfast should provide you balanced nutrients. If you are vegetarian then poha, oats, porridge with vegetables, some nuts such as walnuts(omega 3 fatty acids) with juice. If you are a non vegetarian then eggs with juice(I don’t know many non veg recipes!)

Egg cups. Line a muffin tin with a slice of ham and break an egg into it. Add veggies if you like. Bake then you can grab and go
