Choose if you like more or want on a specific morning sweet or salty breakfast! The you can better decide in what you want! If sweet you can make yourself delicious outmeal with fruits (your choice), honey maybe cinnamon or a little bit of chocolate, or you can also make smootie bowl but also you can just eat yogurt with fruits! If you prefer salty you can make toust with avocado, cheese and add to it more vegetables like cucomber, tomatos or even a carrot. You can also make yourself some omelete with vegetables. IF YOU CAN'T DECIDE THAN COMBINE SALTY AND SWEET you can eat a fruits, vegetables some cheese etc.
