I'm not sure I have that figured out yet but something's that easy and light but highly nutritous would be a cup of warm tea, cappuccino, toast, sausages and boiled eggs
My grab and go would be a small container of coconut yogurt, honey, muesli and a banana. Add a coffee as well to start the day right.
- Why is it wrong to skip breakfast? I know people who skip breakfast and actually feel better after skipping breakfast.
