How do I stop craving waffles and pancakes in the morning?

You can start eating them in the right quantity every morning. Everything is healthy if you don’t overeat it. Once you start getting used to eat it you’ll probably stop the cravings

Start your day with drinking water , keep the cup and bottle beside your bed , if you feel hungry you can put a cubble of fruits besides your bed too
