I’m trying to change my diet so I’m healthy and have less body fat. What’s the best way to start the day?

I’m trying to do the same thing. I think that having the bottle of water near my bed helps me wake up in the morning. Waking up a bit earlier to exercise for 10 minutes has also changed my approach to fitness.

I find it a lot easier to fit in exercise at the start of the day when I have more energy, it also makes me feel better during the day, knowing I’ve done my bit of exercise.
