Any ideas for healthy gluten free breakfasts? Trying to break my cereal obsession!

I appreciate this question. I want to share my own experience. Let’s start, past 1 or 2 year i consume 4 dates post breakfast, after drink a glass of water and try to eat some fruits or vegetables. Then I eat chapati & sabzi I’m not a big fan of oats but you can eat hommed oat meal , or south indian foods like idli, dosa, upma or any fermented foods it’s really good for our gut health.
