I have anxiety. And usually in the morning my stomach hurts so much I feel like throwing up. What could I eat to still have enough energy to start my day?

So for me a banana always works, or just a small bowl of plain Greek yoghurt💗 And I don’t know if this works for you, but if you blend a banana with milk and then you have a really nice smoothie, one of my favourites! I hope this helps
