What workout are you doing?

I workout at home, with a resistance band and 5lb weights. I just do various exercises and squats. I do free dancing and walking my dog for 30 min at night.

I workout often by playing basketball and doing cardio workouts with my teammates. I also like doing short, 2-7 minute workouts for a quick way to move my body when I sit around for a long time. Yoga is very nice for stretching but I really enjoy going on walks with my father. Being outside is really relaxing for me. ♾️/10 reccomend

For now I am doing workouts for porsure for 10 minutes. Actually, I started with body workouts for 2-3 days, because I haven’t done workouts for a long time. And I thought my body should ger used to workouts. After 2-3 days, I have started workouts for porsure, as my porsure is not straight. After 1.5 months, I want to start booty and belly workouts.
