What type of exercise routine have you chosen for your morning routine, and why?

I chose yoga. I’m not an expert, I’ve only been doing yoga for six months – on and off. But I feel a sense of refreshment after each session, I get the possibility to escape in a way as I solemnly focus on my body and my breathing – everything else vanishes for those fifteen-twenty minutes.

I had rreally big problems with waking up in the morning and i always felt tired so my morning routine looks like this.
I wake up at 5:30
drink water
Workout, or go for a short walk
Take a shower
Drink coffee or tee
And get going😘
