What type of exercise do you prefer? Cardio, HIIT, strength, or something else?

I do a mixture of all 3 but daily i do an hour of hiit and and hour of cardio and 2x a week, i do strength training to improve in my sports l.

I love most just usual training in my sport. I love to be on the ice (figure skating). But besides that, I prefer strength workouts the most.
