As a student, incorporating easy morning exercises can energize your day. Consider starting with dynamic stretches, bodyweight exercises like squats or push-ups, or a quick yoga routine. Aim for 10-15 minutes to fit your schedule. These exercises can enhance your focus and mood, helping you prepare for class. Establishing this morning ritual can lead to lasting healthy habits and improve your overall well-being.

I will try to do 50 jumping jacks. Ten at a time. First ten is when I step out of my bed. Second ten, when I go use the restroom, and so on. Sometimes I’ll even do 10 squats right before I sit down to use the toilet. Just little reps for me of any exercise multiple times in a day add up and start to make a difference. Good luck!

Whatever your target time is, set your alarm 30 mins before. Going up and down the stairs in rapid succession, or walk to class or to the next bus stop counts too
