If you have 30 minutes, I highly recommend the T25 by Shaun T. But if you don’t have that much time, a 7 minute routine like the one in the Fabulous app or the 7 minute routine by Mack Newton (it’s free on YouTube) . All of them are great

I like to do a 7 minute workout from an app. It's quick and easy to do at home and a good way to get going in the morning

Running works awesome for me in the am. It wakes me up and gives me boost of energy. Then I continue with light stretches.

Ten-minute intence force training or cardio, of course we'll prepared to do so.
When you force or activate your body in the morning, blood is flowing to the brain more rapidly. So, instead felling sleepy, you feel ready and prepared to hard work.

I have been trying with a 7 minutes workout app from down dog. I think in general it's good to have some sort of guided bodyweight strength exercise.

Full body, short but very intensive exercise with own weight. Runtastic or 7 minute exercise apps just work perfectly to guide me through the exercise and help me to maintain focus. Listening gym rock radio during the session it just makes my morning exercise joyful.
