I get sick cause I get really tired cause of exercise, any advice?
It’s important to listen to your body when exercising. If you feel excessively tired or unwell, consider adjusting your routine. Ensure you’re allowing adequate recovery time, staying hydrated, and fueling your body with nutritious foods. Incorporating gentle exercises, like stretching or walking, can help maintain activity without overexertion. Gradually build your exercise intensity and duration to develop a sustainable habit that supports your health and well-being.
Eat carbs before you workout. Make sure you have eaten enough calories that you won’t burn out. Don’t push yourself too hard. Eat protein or a smoothie after the workout. If you are consistently getting sick go to the doctor to see if you have an iron deficiency or something like that. Again, make sure you are eating enough and aren’t pushing too hard.
