Is it okay to do a different exercise each day, or is it better to do the same thing.
It’s absolutely okay to do different exercises each day! Variety can keep your workouts engaging and help you target different muscle groups, reducing the risk of injury from overuse. However, consistency is key for building lasting healthy habits. Consider creating a balanced routine that incorporates various activities you enjoy, while also allowing for rest and recovery. This approach not only fosters meaningful daily rituals but also supports your overall fitness goals.
It is better to do different exercises each day so that you work on a different part of you body instead of doing the same thing. For example if you only ever do squats then only you thighs and legs get strong and your arms will not but if you switch it up and work with dumbbells some days then you will also making your arms stronger
