Is it okay to do a different exercise each day, or is it better to do the same thing.

It is better to do different exercises each day so that you work on a different part of you body instead of doing the same thing. For example if you only ever do squats then only you thighs and legs get strong and your arms will not but if you switch it up and work with dumbbells some days then you will also making your arms stronger
