How do I become more consistent in excercise? I seem to do it for 1 week and then skip. I totally want to avoid skipping
To become more consistent in exercise, start by setting realistic, achievable goals that fit your lifestyle. Create a daily ritual by scheduling your workouts at the same time each day, making it a non-negotiable part of your routine. Consider habit stacking by pairing exercise with another daily activity, like listening to music or a podcast. Remember, consistency is key, so celebrate small victories and stay flexible. If you miss a day, don’t be discouraged—just get back on track the next day!
I suggest doing it as soon as you wake up. Like get up, get dressed, and go for a run or do some yoga. Getting your body moving that early in the morning will keep you motivated to exercise later in the day.
Dont skip a day.. Even on days you don’t want to workout.. Do 5 mins plank ot squats.. It builds moment and you will less likely to skip gym the next day.
