What to do whenever you have no motivation to work out?

What do you do when you have other tasks you don’t have motivation for? I typically realize my mind is picturing the entire activity. Instead, focus on doing the first possible step and commit to doing just that. Make it easy for yourself — have everything (clothes, a drink, inhaler, whatever) to workout laid out beforehand and block out that time.

Exercise is non negotiable for me. It doesn’t have to be hard. Even a walk counts for me! I put it in my calendar abd am preoared the night befote. I have an accountability buddy too.
