What to do when you just don’t feel like continuing at all?

Do less but do it… better days are coming, don’t worry to do less, less minutes of exercise, less perfect breakfast, less of everything but do something, don’t stop, tomorrow will be better!

For me it works if I start thinking what was the reason I started at the beginning, what was the goal that I wanted back then to achieve.

When you don’t want to do anything or you think it’s not working just remember that this stuff takes time. You’re not gonna be the perfect person after doing this for a few weeks, it may take months or maybe years but just know that carrying on is the biggest achievement you can make and it will pay off and probably is already, you just don’t know it yet.

I am like: ah i dont feel like qt all man, and then, i remember my goal, and i remember a principal in my head:" the best time to act is when you dont feel like" and i push myself to that work, after 5 minutes doing that task will be easy

You always have to have your reasons front and center. Like for example, I want to lose weight so my reasons are 1. For my health and well being, 2. For my friends and family and 3. So I don’t end up in a wheelchair by the time i turn 20. I can’t stress how important it is to have your reasons set every day when you wake up. It’s my first day on this app and it’s already motivated me more than my other fitness apps have in like a month! That’s wild!

Keep in mind your goals and the reason you started in the first place. Also, make sure to plan ahead as much as possible so you don’t have any excuses to not do whatever it is.

Just remind yourself "Why am I doing this? What do I want to improve of myself?" After your answer you should say "I wanna prove to my past self that I'll become a better person with peace and happiness".

I say to my self that it's okay to take a small break when I need it but I always remind myself that I am committed to a goal. I think the benefits of achieving this goal, I take a break, I keep going.

If I need to cry I'll cry. If I need to sleep I'll sleep. If I need silence I try to find a peaceful place. But I do my best to keep in mind that these are just my bad days and it would pass.
