Don’t be hard on yourself if you miss a day or two, and don’t avoid it out of guilt or putting it off for another day. You are only putting off yourself and you deserve to be given the chance to start again. When you get back to it, acknowledge how good you feel after doing it again after a pause. What a difference it makes and don’t you miss it when you skip it? Celebrate yourself and each small step when you get back to it.
