Well i have a trampoline but i dont think thats what you are looking for. I will probably just do some sit ups or push ups or an excersize that i found on Tiktok which is an app on my phone

I use two different apps on my phone. One is yoga for strength which is about 20 – 25 mins and the other is a 30 day work out plan that is about 15 – 20 mins. So all together it is less then an hour and I do it 5 days a week. O swear by these two programs.
