I like to go for a walk in the morning with my bf. And at night I like to try and go for a run at the park down the road. I'm starting with the goal of minimum of 15 minutes once a fortnight. I feel that is a realistic goal for me at this present time as I have trouble balancing work, being a single parent and taking my own self care.
I do some mornin stretches and light exercises, I have this app "stretching exercise" and there's literally a morning workout so I do that. Very light, literally 5 mins but it is what it is
