Anyone who hates exercise yet managed to lose some weight for health, what advice can you offer?

This is cliché but try to find an exercise or movement you like. For me, it was hiking. Even though it's hard, I love it. It can even be dancing for 3 minutes. And then making sure you eat nutritious foods most of the time and being on a caloric deficit. And most importantly, be consistent. It's better to only do a little daily than to do a bunch only once a month.
