Do you ever have trouble trying to do certain exercises? What do you have trouble with?

I have trouble committing to habits. I can motivate myself to begin, but I rarely last longer than one week. I believe my trouble is taking on too much at once per day. If I struggle, I find it hard to continue very long. For a healthier me, as an example, I weigh myself daily, drink water, plan meals, and meditate all every day for about a week. When the week is done, all I do every day by habit is weigh myself daily. The next time I try the same thing might be about one month or so after my first "fail", with similar results.

Yes, like planks exercises. It really strains my arms. However, I'll give myself a break on the excersie to not hurt my arms. It's ok to take breaks.
