What type of exercise do you do?

Warn Up Exercise, push ups sit ups, crunches, etc. As i start these with my coach in the morning from warm up like streching, jumping, after that start full body workout which involve planks, push ups and much more

I don't have a certain type of exercise, some times my whole body, some times I do few squats other times I just walk or dance
I don't follow a certain types of exercises or routine, i focus on making myself move, so I don't get bored and skip the training.

Try incorporating new styles. If you mainly do strength training add in a few days a week of HIIT, tabatas, interval walking or lap-swimming. Don’t be afraid to try something new, your body needs variety.
